Scheme of Arrangement (Demerger)

Under a Scheme of Arrangement, the business of manufacture of gauges, previously being carried on by Jasch Industries Ltd, was demerged into Jasch Gauging Technologies Ltd. A Scheme of arrangement was approved by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal vide its order dated 12-09-2023. Consequent upon the Company filing a copy of the NCLT order with the Registrar of Companies on 30-09-2023, the said order became effective w.e.f. 30-09-2023 (after business hours).
