JASCH thickness gauging systems are designed for non-wovens, textiles, carbon, coating and carpet applications. The systems provide continuous measurement and process control for thickness, density and basis weight.

The gauging systems are designed to help manufacturers maintain consistent product quality and improve process performance. They can be configured for different production requirements, from fixed measurement points to fully scanning systems.
Fixed, single-sided, dual-sided and scanning platforms are available. Multiple synchronized scanners can also be used.
The systems can also be configured with lane control and pump control for better control of the production process.
